EpocCam app Review : Turn your Android or iOS device into a Wireless HD Webcam

Many of us have good phone , right?  The  awesome camera , an luxury ethics in operating it , the social status ( lol )  , the crystal clear snaps etc become the daily life . Now , the  webcams that are pre-installed  on the laptops , are not that good , the quality is average etc , even if you buy a new WebCam , there are certain limitations in it's quality though ... So many of us will be thinking about turning our ROYAL phone into a WebCam maybe , so this app serves your purpose ..

How this app works ?

The App is available free on Play Store , though there's a paid version if you wanna use your  phone as a webcam and Microphone too .. Basically   , your  PC/Mac and your Android/iOS device should be connected to the same WiFi Network , because that acts as a medium between the two devices 2014-02-17 12.11.06

UI  of the App :

The app has no options  or selections in it , all you need to do is get the  PC or Mac drivers from Kinoni , connect your PC/MAC and your device to the same wifi network , open the app and the kinoni software on your Computer and

the app will automatically broadcast the visuals from rear camera of the phone to your PC  , also the  PC drivers will automatically install integration for Skype , Live Messenger etc .. Just open the app on your android phone and you'll see the screen down in the pic , and broadcast will start ..  Such an easy ethical and simple method , which is good ..Screenshot_2014-02-19-13-18-01 (1) Here's what you should do on PC :

(NOTE : IMAGE IS FROM KINONI)

When your phone and pc are ready with the above instructions , the broadcast will automatically start on the above application

The Negative Side :

Though this app looks awesome , there's a downs side too . As this app accepts WiFi as a medium , also free version transmits only video not audio as audio support is only with the paid version , the actions you do are transmitted  couple of seconds late , but audio is supported by PC's inbuilt Microphone , so there's a video and audio timings mismatch , which can be frustrating  as what your lip-reading won't match the audio that is being heard on Video chats etc .. This is what i personally have experienced ... But the paid version may do the work as it transmits audio+video both from the phone itself ...
